UK | Public Services Ombudsman for Wales quarterly Casebook and Code of Conduct Casebook published

Issue 28 of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales’ Casebook (January – March 2017) has been published. The Casebook is a collection of summaries of cases dealt with in the previous quarter.

This month also sees the 12th edition of the Code of Conduct Casebook which contains summaries of cases about councillors who have broken their authority’s code of conduct. This edition includes a review by the Ombudsman of code complaints over the last 12 months, and the positive impact both the introduction of local resolution and the public interest test have had.
