UK | Public Services Ombudsman for Wales quarterly Casebook and Code of Conduct Casebook published

Issue 28 of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales’ Casebook (January – March 2017) has been published. The Casebook is a collection of summaries of cases dealt with in the previous quarter.

This month also sees the 12^th edition of the Code of Conduct Casebook which contains summaries of cases about councillors who have broken their authority’s code of conduct. This edition includes a review by the Ombudsman of code complaints over the last 12 months, and the positive impact both the introduction of local resolution and the public interest test have had.
