POLAND | Study visit of Albanian NPM

A three-day study visit by the Albanian National Preventive Mechanism took place on 21-23 May at the Office of the Polish Human Rights Defender.

The program consisted of an exchange of experiences concerning methodology of preventive visits under OPCAT; reporting and communication methods; as well as a visit to a penitentiary institution.

The delegation included: Sotiraq Nushi – Head of NPM, Albert Pilo – expert, Arlind Kruja – expert. The visit was funded by the TAIEX.
