USA | USOA 39th Annual Conference

The 2018 Annual Conference of the United States Ombudsman Association (USOA) will be held from 24 – 28 September 2018 in Portland, Oregon, at the Courtyard Marriott, Portland City Center.

Pre-Conference sessions will include “New Ombudsman Training” on 24 September 2018. This popular two-day workshop is designed for individuals who are relatively new to the role of government Ombudsman, and “Dealing with Unreasonable Complainant Conduct” on 25 September.
