NORTH AMERICA | 36th Annual Conference of USOA

The United States Ombudsman Association (USOA) will hold its 36th Annual Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona from 14 to 16 October 2015. Registration is now open for the conference and the pre-conference workshop.               

The Pre-Conference and Conference sessions include practical topics such as:

• Ethical decision-making

• Effective arguments for our conclusions and recommendations
