USA | 37th Annual USOA Conference

The United States Ombudsman Association (USOA) will hold its 2016 Annual Conference from 17 – 21 October 2016 in Arlington, Virginia, at the Westin Arlington Gateway.

The main conference runs from October 19 - 21 October 2016. A two-day pre-conference will be held on 17 and 18 October 2016. In addition, there will a one-day pre-conference session on 13 October 2015 on “High Conflict Personalities: Managing and Mediating their Dispute”, presented by the highly acclaimed Bill Eddy.

Registration forms should be available on the USOA website by June. Check USOA’s website periodically for conference and registration updates.
