USA | 39th USOA Annual Conference

The main conference will be held from 26 – 28 September 2018, with full day pre-conference workshops on 24 and 25 September 2018. Conference information and online registration will be available on the USOA website by June.

USOA’s Annual Conference provides a great opportunity to increase your knowledge base and network with colleagues in the Ombudsman profession.

Call for keynote speakers and session presenters

The USOA Conference and Planning Committee is seeking session presenters interested in sharing their subject matter expertise relevant to the public sector ombudsman profession. Presentations should provide conference attendees educational offerings to improve the effectiveness and operations of their offices, both from a management and investigative perspective.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 1 March 2018. Please consult the document on speaker solicitation further below for more details on how to submit proposals.
