BackThe Citizens’ Representative of Newfoundland and Labrador presented Volume 5, Issue 1 of the institution’s newsletter “OCR Insights”.
Following the principle of “seeking fairness…finding solutions”, the Newsletter contains information on the EPA (“Enduring Powers of Attorney”) – a legal tool which permits a person who is concerned about the future management of their financial affairs (donor) to appoint another person (an attorney) to manage those affairs in case of the donor’s incapacity.
In addition, the March edition of the “OCR Insights” highlights two cases which were brought before the Citizens’ Representative.
