IOI | Inaugural visit of the Polish Human Rights Defender at the General Secretariat of the IOI

On 16 December 2015, the newly appointed Polish Human Rights Defender Dr Adam Bodnar paid an inaugural visit to the General Secretariat of the IOI.

Dr Bodnar was welcomed by Ombudsman and IOI Secretary General Dr Günther Kräuter and the IOI Executive Director Ms Ulrike Grieshofer. After an introduction to the mandate, the tasks and responsibilities of the International Ombudsman Institute, Dr Bodnar expressed his interest in the various IOI Training formats and underlined the importance of international cooperation for the future.
