IOI training course 2012 – 5 places still available!

This year’s IOI training course is soon taking place in Vienna. From 16 to 19 September renowned experts from the Scottish Queen Margaret will provide participants with new insights into complaint assessment, investigation, acting on findings, effective communication and reporting.
