BackThe French Ombudsman Jean-Paul Delevoye was elected President of the Economic and Social Council CESE (Conseil Economique, Social et Environnemental).
CESE issues opinions and recommendations concerning economic, social and environmental topics at the request of the government or on its own initiative. As this new function is incompatible with his duties as an Ombudsman Mr. Delevoye will administer his official duties until a new Médiateur is appointed.

El Ombudsman de Francia, Jean-Paul Delevoye, fu elegido Presidente del Consejo Económico, Social y de Medio Ambiente CESE (Conseil Economique, Social et Environnemental).
El CESE emite dictámenes y recomendaciones relativos a temas económicos, sociales y medioambientales a petición del Gobierno o por iniciativa propia. Como esta nueva función es incompatible con sus deberes de Ombudsman, el Sr. Delevoye seguirá desempeñando su cargo sólo hasta que sea elegido el nuevo Medidador.
