CHINA/HONG KONG | Ombudsman announces OmbudsNews Issue No. 2 of the Reporting Year 2014/15

The Office of The Ombudsman held a press conference on Monday, 13 October to announce the OmbudsNews Issue No. 2 of the Reporting Year 2014/15, which includes the results of two direct investigation reports.

This edition of the OmbudsNews contains a Direct Investigation Report into the "Government's Regulation of Guesthouses", a Summary of Investigation Report on "Improper Arrangements in Allocating Columbarium Niches by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department" as well as a Summary of Investigation Report regarding "Refusal by Water Supplies Department and Lands department to Take Over and Maintain Waterworks in Government Road Areas".
