GREECE | Second resolution of the Local Ombudspersons Network adopted

The Greek Local Ombudspersons Network was established in December 2012 by incumbents from 11 cities together with the incumbent of the Attica Region.  On 29 January 2013, the Municipal and Regional ombudspersons assembled in Athens to adopt a second resolution on the institutional status of the local ombudspersons network. It was decided that the strengthening of the role and competences of the Municipal and Regional Ombudspersons is required.
