After a decade as the Ombudsperson, today Raymonde Saint-Germain presented her findings on the occasion of the tabling of the Québec Ombudsman’s 2015-2016 Annual Report in the National Assembly.

The Western Australian Ombudsman has tabled his 2015-16 annual report in Parliament. The report outlines the work of the Office for the recent year when the Ombudsman received 11,663 contacts and finalised 95% of the complaints within three months.

On Friday 23 September Irish Ombudsman and IOI 2nd Vice-President Peter Tyndall hosted a seminar in the south-west town of Tralee, County Kerry for local groups on the importance of learning from complaints.
