A woman in her 90s suffered serious bruising to her face just before she died after falling in hospital, a Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman investigation found. The vulnerable lady was admitted to hospital with a chest infection and suffered severe bruising to her face when she fell out of bed, when an agency health care assistant was changing her bedding.

ACRC Korea and Commonwealth Ombudsman sign MoU
The Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) of Korea (Chairman Sungbo Lee) and the Commonwealth Ombudsman of Australia (Ombudsman Colin Neave) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Canberra on June 10th, 2015 in order to enhance rights and interests of Koreans and Australians living in the other country and cooperation between the two Ombudsmen.
