In a follow-up meeting with the Education Department, the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh opined that countries that invest well in girls’ education have lower maternal and infant rates, low rates of HIV/AIDS and better childhood nutrition. Therefore, there is a need to assess the performance of schools and the quality of education.

In a report released on 6 September 2023, the BC Ombudsperson describes how the Ministry of Children and Family Development misinformed a former youth in care about the impact of a proposed custody transfer and has, to date, refused to compensate the youth for its mistake and to determine if other youth may be similarly impacted.

The Ombudsman’s visits to the local prisons and the police show that the Prison and Probation Service and the police overall have an understanding of remand prisoners' vulnerable situation and take care to inform them of their rights and ensure their safety. However, based on these visits, the Danish Parliamentary Ombudsman has published a couple of recommendations in this field, which have been compiled in a thematic report, which is available now.

La Defensoría del Pueblo de la Provincia de Santa Fe y la Defensoría de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes incorporaron la carta Braille en sus mesas de entrada con el objetivo de llegar a la población de manera más accesible. En la misma, las personas con discapacidad visual podrán encontrar información al respecto de las consultas y reclamos que pueden llevarse a cabo en las instituciones, como también los modos de acceder para realizar las gestiones.
