Ten years ago on 1 December, the full force of the EU’s Fundamental Rights Charter came into play. This landmark bill of rights for the EU has the power to make a difference. One decade on, it is yet to reach its full potential. This is changing, slowly but surely.

The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia held a national seminar entitled "Fulfillment of Public Service Standards in the Context of Progressive and Participatory Public Services (Propartive)" on 27 November 2019 in Jakarta. On 27 November 2019, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia conferred the High Compliance Predicate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Religion, the Provincial Government of Jambi, the Provincial Government of Southeast Sulawesi and also 12 City Governments and 71 District Governments.
