La Defensoría del Pueblo de Santa Fe pone a disposición la Guía de Respuestas Inclusivas en un contexto local, elaborada sobre la base de los lineamientos de la Guía Práctica de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA). Su objetivo es poner al alcance de todas las personas las indicaciones, recomendaciones y lineamientos señalados por organismos nacionales e internacionales de derechos humanos, como también la aplicación de las medidas dispuestas con relación a los derechos de los grupos vulnerables en el marco de la pandemia de COVID-19.

The Office of the Ombudsman of the Province of Santa Fe shares with you the Guide of Inclusive Responses in a Local Context, prepared on the basis of the guidelines of the Practical Guide of the Organization of American States (OAS). Its aim is to make the indications, recommendations and guidelines indicated by national and international human rights organizations available to all people, as well as the application of the measures in relation to the rights of the vulnerable groups in the framework of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recently a member of the public discovered a significant number of abandoned documents at the George Town landfill, some containing sensitive personal information. The individual brought a sample of the records to the Office of the Ombudsman for further examination.

A webinar on “Experiences of working with and for children deprived of liberty: making the invisible visible” that will take place on 7 September 2020. This event is organized in the context of this year´s Global Classroom on the UN Global Study on Children Deprived of Liberty and hosted by the Global Campus of Human Rights.

Albania Ombudsman Mrs. Erinda Ballanca presented the institution’s Annual Report for the year 2019 to the Parliament of Albania on the 9 July 2020.
