En cooperación con las distintas Administraciones Públicas, instituciones, colegios profesionales, fuerzas y cuerpos de Seguridad, asociaciones y otras entidades privadas que en Andalucía siguen luchando contra la violencia de género, el Defensor del Pueblo andaluz aspira a lograr la erradicación de esta lacra social.

Prevention and changing the normative framework were identified as the most important measures in the fight against sexual abuse of children at the conference on "National dialogue on the protection of children from sexual exploitation and abuse", organised by the Protector of Citizens of the Republic of Serbia and the Network of Organizations for Children of Serbia.

Au cours de la seconde table ronde, les médiateurs et leurs collaborateurs ont échangé sur la pertinence d'être sur les réseaux sociaux, les avantages, les inconvénients voire les dangers.

La defensora del pueblo, Eliana Revollar, expresó su malestar porque pese a las advertencias y recomendaciones efectuadas reiteradamente en relación al desarrollo de un proceso electoral en el país, se haya verificado que las personas con discapacidad siguen siendo el sector poblacional con más dificultades para cumplir con su deber de sufragar.

Later this week, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights will be launching a year-long, Office-wide “UDHR 75 initiative” to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the UDHR and the 30th anniversary of the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action that paved the way for the establishment of his Office. 

Chris Field, President of the International Ombudsman Institute (IOI) and Western Australian Ombudsman, provided an address to ceremony guests on the occasion of the 30^th anniversary of the Office of the Croatian Ombudsman.

On the occasion of the 30^th anniversary of the entry into force of the first Ombudsman Act, Ombudswoman Tena Šimonović Einwalter held a conference on “Protection of Human Rights and the Rule of Law” on 30 November 2022.
