The Federal Ombudsman conducted an investigation on the functioning of the Immigration Office 9ter Division which deals with applications for residence on medical grounds. That investigation report has now been presented to Parliament.

Le Médiateur fédéral a réalisé une enquête sur le fonctionnement de la section 9ter de l’Office des étrangers qui traite les demandes d’autorisation de séjour pour raisons médicales. Il a remis le rapport de cette enquête au Parlement.
